Experienced American Noah Dahlman (202-F-1989) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Gifu Swoops and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents B3 League Player of the Week award for round 33.
The 34-year old forward had a double-double of 21 points and 18 rebounds, while his team edged out Kanazawa (#18, 4-22) 88-87. The game was not the highest importance and did not have significant influence on top of the standings. Swoops maintains the 11th position in Japanese B3 League. Gifu is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 15-19 record. In the team's last game Dahlman had a remarkable 76.9% from 2-point range. It's his second year at Swoops and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Noah Dahlman averages this season 8.5ppg and 5.3rpg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Guamanian guard Earnest Ross (198-G-1991, agency: Haylett Sports) of Toyoda Gosei Scorpions Aichi. Ross impressed basketball fans with 33 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. It was enough for Scorpions to edge the higher-ranked Tokushima Gam. (#5, 22-12) by 3 points 76-73. Toyoda's 17th position in the standings has not changed. 24 lost games are too many comparing to just eight victories Scorpions managed to get this year. Ross is well-known by Toyoda fans and he already established his position as one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 23.4ppg (#3). He also registered 10.6 boards per game.

The third best performed player last round was American Andrew Fitzgerald (202-C/F-1990, agency: Octagon Europe) of Tachikawa Dice (#8). Fitzgerald scored 28 points and grabbed 12 rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Tachikawa, leading his team to a 92-82 win against the lower-ranked Veertien Mie (#15, 10-24). Fitzgerald has a great season in Japan. After 34 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 25.1ppg (best scorer).
