Kyle Richardson agreed terms with Kagawa Five Arrows

Kagawa-Five-Arrows (B2 League) added to their roster 31-year old American 200cm power forward Kyle Richardson (college: Portland State). Richardson is not a newcomer in Japanese League as he played most recently at Iwate Big Bulls in the B3 League. In 48 games he recorded very impressive stats: 21.2ppg, 11.3rpg and 1.9apg last season. Great year indeed as he was voted to Asia-Basket.com All-Japanese B League D3 Honorable Mention and League Player of the Week (11 times).
His team won Big West Regular Season in 2011 and 2013. He was selected to Asia-Basket.com Japanese B League D3 All-Imports Team in 2017, 2019 and 2020.
The previous (2020-21) season he played at Aisin (also in B3 League) where in 37 games he was league's fourth best scorer with remarkable 23.2ppg and had 11.4rpg (#4 in the league), 1.6apg and 1.3spg in that year. Good season as he was also here voted League Player of the Week (3 times).
Richardson has played previously for four other teams: Koshigaya Alphas, Tochigi Brex, Aomori Watts and Earthfriends Tokyo Z.
He graduated from Portland State in 2014 and it will be his ninth season in pro basketball.
