Leader Al Naft delivered the sixteenth win on Tuesday night. This time they crushed 7th ranked Al-Tadamoun (5-6) 110-68 in Najef. Al Naft held Al-Tadamoun to an opponent 0.0 percent shooting from the field compared to 0.0 percent accuracy of the winners. Al Naft looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Al-Tadamoun's players. The former international center Ihab Al-Zuhairi (209-98) fired a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. Guard Fareed Mahdi chipped in 21 points. Hussein Al-Mahmood produced 18 points for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Defending champion maintains first position with 16-1 record. Al-Tadamoun at the other side keeps the seventh place with six games lost.

Al Naft's coach felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. point guard Mohammed Abbas (178-1) replied with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds for Al Hilla. Defending champion maintains first position with 16-1 record. Al Hilla lost tenth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with 11 games lost.

In the last two games of round 22 Al-Hashd defeated Ghaz Al-Shamal in Baghdad 75-62. Nift Al-Shamal was smashed by Al-Hashd at home 76-100.
The best stats of 22th round was 24 points and 10 rebounds by Mohamad Haidar of Al-Hashd.

Worth to mention a great performance of Lebanese power forward Mohamad Haidar (203-90, college: Michigan Tech, agency: BIG) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 26 points, 14 rebounds and 9 assists. The former international forward Thulfiqar Hammoodi (196-92) contributed with 29 points and 7 rebounds for the winners.
