CBA Round 3 of Finals. Shanghai Sharks inch closer to title with third straight win

Sharks dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Guangsha Lions' 38. They outrebounded Guangsha Lions 42-25 including a 31-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Sharks looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by Guangsha Lions' players. It was a great evening for American-Qatari Brandon Goodwin (188-1995, college: FGCU) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 10 assists. International Zhenlin Zhang (206-1999, college: Tulane) helped adding 23 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. Five Sharks players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American Barry Brown Jr (190-1996, college: Kansas St.) with 29 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import power forward Josh Carlton (209-1999, college: Houston) scored 10 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
