Quade Green claims Chinese NBL Hoops Agents weekly honour

American Quade Green (183-PG-1998) had a great game in the last round for Jiangsu Yannan Suke and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents NBL Player of the Week award for round 29.
The 27-year old playmaker got a double-double of 28 points and 11 assists, while his team crushed Anhui W. (#11, 11-15) with 21-point margin 119-98. Jiangsu is placed at 8th position in Chinese NBL. Jiangsu is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 13-13 record. In the team's last game Green had a remarkable 64.3% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Jiangsu, being already a very valuable addition to the team. The University of Washington graduate has very impressive stats this year. Green is in league's top in assists (3rd best: 5.0apg) and averages solid 51.5% FGP and 49.2% from behind 3-point line.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American center Baylee Steele (213-C-1997, agency: Octagon Europe) of Hubei Wenlv. Steele impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 33 points and 11 rebounds. Bad luck as Hubei lost that game 97-105 to the higher-ranked Hebei (#7, 14-12). Hubei is still second from the bottom in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 9-17 record. Steele is one of the most experienced players at Hubei and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 24.6ppg (#4). He also registered 11.1 boards per game.

The third best performed player last round was American Tra Holder (185-G-1995) of Jiaozuo Cultural Tourism (#9). Holder got into 30-points club by scoring 34 points in the last round. He went also for six assists. He was a key player of Jiaozuo, leading his team to a 98-76 easy win against Zhangjiakou (#14, 0-26). Jiaozuo needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 13 victories and 13 lost games. Holder has a great season in China. After 25 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 26.6ppg (2nd best) and assists with 4.8apg (5th best).
