Ningbo Rockets (CBA) signed 25-year-old American 206cm forward Darius Bazley. He last played with LA Lakers in the NBA Summer League. In four games, he averaged 7.3ppg, 7.3rpg, 2.3apg, and 2.0bpg during the last season. Bazley also played for Leones (BSN) in the Puerto Rican league.
In 2019, he was selected by the Utah Jazz (NBA) in the first round (23rd overall) of the draft.
Bazley, a very experienced player, has traveled extensively during his pro career, playing in five different countries on three different continents (Asia, Latin America, and North America). He has played in Puerto Rico, the NBA (Phoenix Suns, Philadelphia 76ers, and OKC Thunder), the NBA G League (SLC Stars and Delaware Blue Coats), China (Guandong Tigers), and the NBA Summer League (OKC Thunder).
Among many awards, he was voted to the USBasket.com NBA G League All-Defensive Team in 2024.
