Monkey Kings ink Jalen Harris, ex Saskatchewan

Jalen Harris

Nanjing Tongxi Monkey Kings (CBA) agreed terms with 26-year old American shooting guard Jalen Harris (196cm-88kg-1998, college: Nevada). He played last season at Saskatchewan in Canadian CEBL. In 11 games just recently he had very impressive stats: 24.5ppg, 4.5rpg and 4.6apg. He also spent pre-season at Leones (BSN) in Puerto Rican league.
In 2020 he was drafted by Toronto Raptors (NBA) in second round (59th overall). The former University of Nevada standout is in his fifth season in pro basketball.
Harris is quite experienced player. Harris' career allowed him to visit three different continents, while he played in five different countries. He tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Latin America and of course North America. Harris has played previously professionally in Italy (Cremona), Puerto Rico, NBA G League (Westchester Knicks, Raptors 905 Mississauga and Windy City Bulls) and NBA Summer League (NY Knicks).
Among many awards he played in the final of CEBL in 2022. He was also voted All-MWC Newcomer of the Year back in 2020 at his college time. Harris played also for Louisiana Tech University for 2 years.
