Guangdong Southern Tigers (CBA) inked 24-year old American 206cm forward Darius Bazley for upcoming season. He played most recently at Utah Jazz in the NBA Summer League. In three games he just recently played he recorded 6.7ppg, 5.0rpg, 2.0apg and 1.7bpg last season. He also played for Jazz in U.S. semi-pro league NBA Summer League. The other team he played shortly were the Jazz in NBA.
In 2019 he was drafted by Utah Jazz (NBA) in first round (23rd overall).
Bazley is a very experienced player. He has played also in other USA teams, NBA (Brooklyn Nets, Phoenix Suns, Philadelphia 76ers and OKC Thunder), NBA G League (SLC Stars and Delaware Blue Coats) and NBA Summer League (OKC Thunder). Bazley was voted to USBasket.com NBA G League All-Defensive Team in 2024.
