Shandong Heroes (CBA) signed 27-year-old American power forward Marquese Chriss (206cm-109kg-1997, college: Washington) for the upcoming 2024-25 season. He played last season with Wisconsin Herd (NBA G League) in the U.S. In 8 NBA G-League games, he had 13.4ppg, 5.5rpg, and 1.4apg.
In 2016, he was drafted by the Sacramento Kings (NBA) in the first round (8th overall). He attended the University of Washington, and it will be his ninth season in pro basketball.
Chriss has played ppg in the NBA between 2016 and 2021 for teams like the Cleveland Cavaliers, Dallas Mavericks, GS Warriors, Houston Rockets, and Portland Trail Blazers.
Among many awards, his team made it to the InterContinental Cup Final Four in 2023. He was voted to Pac-12 All-Freshman Honorable Mention back in 2016.
