Jalen Riley joins Jiangsu Dragons

Jiangsu Nangang Dragons Nanjing (CBA) have reached an agreement with Jalen Riley, a 30-year-old American point guard, for the upcoming 2023-24 season. Riley, who stands at 184cm and weighs 79kg, played college basketball at ETSU and is represented by ThePlayersPick agency. He showcased his exceptional passing skills as the top passer at the Bucketneers in the U.S.'s The Basketball Tournament. Last season, Riley played for PAOK Mateco Thessaloniki in the Greek league, where he averaged 10.6ppg, 2.2rpg, 3.7apg, and 1.1spg in 26 games. He played a crucial role in helping his team reach the semifinals.
He's a highly experienced player, having played professionally in France (Cholet Basket), Greece, Iceland (Thor Akureyri), Latvia (VEF Riga), Lithuania (Palanga), Portugal (FC Porto), Slovakia (Levice), and Spain (Ourense and Cazorla).
He graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2015, and this upcoming season will mark his ninth as a professional player. He also spent one year playing for Sauk Valley Community College.
