Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

Second defeat of league's leader Hunan (5-2) against fourth ranked Liaoning Y. (5-2) 133-119 was the most important game of the last round. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Hunan. It was a key game for the second position in the league. Liaoning Y. moved-up to second place, which they share with Hunan and Jiangsu YS. Hunan will have a break next week, which should allow them to rest and make it back to the top of the standings. Liaoning Y. will try to continue on its current victory against sixth ranked HK JinNiu on the road.
The game had a very big importance for third-ranked Shaanxi as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Shaanxi defeated 5th ranked Anhui W. in Xian 99-94. Shaanxi (6-1) have an impressive series of five victories in a row. As mentioned above they took over a top position. Anhui W. at the other side keeps the fifth place with four games lost. They share the position with 4 other teams. Anhui W. will play next round against strong Liaoning Y. trying to get back on the winning streak. Shaanxi will try to continue on its current victory against third ranked Liaoning Y. at home.
Very important is a road loss of second ranked Jiangsu YS (5-2) against twelfth ranked Wuhan (2-5) on Wednesday night. Visiting Jiangsu YS was defeated by Wuhan in 109-93. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Jiangsu YS. Wuhan moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Guangxi and Hefei. Loser Jiangsu YS keeps the second position with two games lost. They share it with Hunan and Liaoning Y.. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.

Other games in round 7 were not that significant. HK JinNiu smashed Hebei on the road 123-87. Henan destroyed Hefei on its own court 103-79. Jiangxi managed to outperform Guangxi in a road game 110-101.

Hebei - HK JinNiu 87-123

There was a small surprise when ninth ranked HK JinNiu (3-4) crushed on the road 6th ranked Hebei (3-4) 123-87 on Wednesday. HK JinNiu moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 4 other teams including defeated Hebei. Hebei lost their fourth game in a row. HK JinNiu will meet at home higher ranked Liaoning Y. (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Hebei will have a break next round.

Wuhan - Jiangsu YS 109-93

Very important is a road loss of second ranked Jiangsu YS (5-2) against twelfth ranked Wuhan (2-5) on Wednesday night. Visiting Jiangsu YS was defeated by Wuhan in 109-93. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Jiangsu YS. Wuhan moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Guangxi and Hefei. Loser Jiangsu YS keeps the second position with two games lost. They share it with Hunan and Liaoning Y.. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.

Shaanxi - Anhui W. 99-94

The game had a very big importance for third-ranked Shaanxi as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Shaanxi defeated 5th ranked Anhui W. in Xian 99-94. Henan - Hefei 103-79

Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both tenth ranked Henan and 7th ranked Hefei had identical 2-4 record. This time Henan used a home court advantage and smashed the opponent from 103-79 on Wednesday night. Henan (3-4) moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 4 other teams. Loser Hefei dropped to the tenth position with five games lost. They share it with Guangxi and Wuhan. Henan will meet higher ranked Liaoning Y. (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Hefei will have a break next round.

Guangxi - Jiangxi 101-110

Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both eighth ranked Jiangxi and 11th ranked Guangxi had identical 2-4 record. But Guangxi was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from 110-101 on Wednesday night. Jiangxi (3-4) moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 4 other teams. Loser Guangxi dropped to the tenth position with five games lost. They share it with Wuhan and Hefei. Jiangxi will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Guangxi will play against Liaoning Y. (#3) and hope to secure a win.
