Chinese NBL round 20 best performance: Xin Wang (by Hoops Agents)

Forward Xin Wang (199-F-91) had a very impressive game in the last round for Shaanxi, receiving a Hoops Agents NBL Player of the Week award for round 20.
The 29-year old player had a double-double of 29 points and 13 rebounds, while his team outclassed Wuhan (#4, 14-5) with 29-point margin 121-92. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Shaanxi maintains the 3rd position in Chinese NBL. They are still close to the very top. Shaanxi would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 16-3 record. In the team's last game Wang had a remarkable 71.4% from 2-point range. He turned to be Shaanxi's top player in his first season with the team. Xin Wang has solid league stats. He is in league's top in points (3rd best: 12.5ppg) and averages impressive 59.5% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was 31-year old Tianren Yin (204-F-89) of league's leader Guangxi. Yin had a very good evening with a double-double of 28 points and 12 rebounds. Of course he led Guangxi to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Foshan (#6, 9-10) 104-82. Of course Guangxi still keep the league's top spot. His team lost just two games this season, while they won 17 matches. Yin is one of the most experienced players at Guangxi and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third on the list of top players last round was another Shaanxi's star - guard Yan Gao (195-G-93). Gao scored 26 points. He was another key player of Shaanxi, helping his team with a 121-92 easy win against #4 ranked Wuhan in a game of the week. Shaanxi is closer and closer to top of the standings. They will still need more victories. But 16-3 record is not that bad... Gao has a very solid season. In 16 games in China he scored 10.2ppg.
