Steph Hicks (ex Anhui P.) joins the Pacers

Indiana Pacers agreed terms with 27-year old guard Steph Hicks (198-91kg-92, college: CSUN). He played last summer at Anhui Putianxingfa in Chinese NBL league. In 24 games he had very impressive stats: 37.8ppg, 9.2rpg, 3.8apg and 1.6spg. A very spectacular season in his career as he was named to Asia-Basket.com All-Chinese NBL Honorable Mention and League Player of the Week. The last season Hicks played at the Fort Wayne Mad Ants where in 48 NBA games he recorded also remarkable stats: 15.4ppg, 6.9rpg and 1.1apg.
Hicks has never been drafted by the NBA. But in 2015 Oklahoma City Blue selected him in second round (32nd overall) in the D-League draft.
The former Cal State - Northridge staris in his fifth season in pro basketball.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Hicks won NBA G League Central Division championship title in 2018. He was also voted All-Big West Freshman of the Year back in 2012 at his college time.
Hicks has played also professionally in other The Basketball Tournament team (Fort Wayne Champs).
