Wayne Selden agreed terms with Golden Stars

Shandong Golden Stars (CBA) strengthened their roster with addition of 24-year old American small forward Wayne Selden (196-104kg-94, college: Kansas). He played most recently at Chicago Bulls in the NBA. In 43 games he recorded 8.0ppg, 3.2rpg and 1.7apg last season. Selden also played for the Grizzlies in NBA where in 32 games he averaged 5.4ppg, 1.3rpg and 1.1apg.
Among other achievements his college team won Big 12 Tournament in 2016. Selden received also All-NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, NV 2nd Team award in 2017.
He represented USA at the World University Games in Gwangju (South Korea) four years ago. Selden's team won Gold and his stats at that event were 8 games: Score-2 (19.3ppg), 6.5rpg, 2.5apg, 1.5spg, FGP: 59.7%, 3PT: 37.5%, FT: 58.8%.
Selden has played also professionally in NBA (New Orleans Pelicans).
He attended University of Kansas until 2016 and it will be his fourth season in pro basketball.
