There was no surprise when 5th rankedGhostHawks (7-16) were crushed by second ranked Leopards (14-9) 105-85 on Sunday. Taiwan Beer L. dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to GhostHawks 's 38. Taiwan Beer L. outrebounded Tainan 56-38 including a 45-27 advantage in defensive rebounds. American-Liberian Lasan Kromah (198-1991, college: UConn) had a double-double by scoring 29 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American forward DeAndre Williams (206-1996, college: Memphis) chipped in 21 points and 13 rebounds during the contest. Four Leopards players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Lithuanian center Egidijus Mockevicius (208-1992, college: Evansville) with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and forward Kuan-Ting Lu (197-1992) scored 18 points. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Taiwan Beer L. maintains second position with 14-9 record behind leader N.Taipei CTBC. Loser GhostHawks stay at the bottom place with 16 games lost.
