Regular Season Round 6: Taipower - Chunghua T. 83-63

Very important is a loss of third ranked Chunghwa Telecom (4-14) against fourth ranked Taipower (4-14) on Sunday night. Chunghwa Telecom was crushed by Taipower 83-63. Taipower looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Wei-Qing Liao notched a double-double by scoring 23 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the effort and the former international forward Xi-Ye Liu (173-1991) supported her with 14 points and 5 assists. Four Taipower players scored in double figures. Even 14 points and 4 assists by Shi-Zan Xu did not help to save the game for Chunghua T.. Jinyu-Xuan Chen added 16 points and 5 rebounds. Taipower moved-up to third place, which they share with Chunghua T. Chunghua T. lost fifth consecutive game.
