Important game to mention about was the one when fourth rankedTaipower (2-10) saved a 2-point victory edging much higher ranked Cathay Life (7-5) 57-55 on Saturday evening. Taipower forced 19 Cathay Life turnovers. The winners were led by the former international forward Xi-Ye Liu (173-1991) who scored that evening 20 points and Wei-Lin Wanga supported her with 11 points and 10 rebounds. Even 6 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists by the former international Wei-An Chen (177-1995) did not help to save the game for Cathay Life . Yu-Wen Xiao added 5 points and 11 rebounds for lost side. Cathay Life's coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Taipower maintains fourth position with 2-10 record. Defending champion Cathay Life keeps the second place with five games lost.
