There was a change at the T1 League leadership position after last games. Round 14 most important game was a defeat of league's leaderAquas (12-7). They were edged by fifth ranked GhostHawks (4-13) 98-95 on Saturday night. It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of Aquas. Tainan made 29-of-35 free shots (82.9 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Kaohsiung A. turnovers. 30 personal fouls committed by Kaohsiung A. helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American forward Nick King (201-1995, college: MTSU) scored 34 points (!!!), 5 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Lithuanian center Egidijus Mockevicius (208-1992, college: Evansville) chipped in 7 points and 13 rebounds during the contest. Lithuanian center Mindaugas Kupsas (216-1991, agency: BIG) responded with a double-double by scoring 31 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field) and American forward Perry Jones III (211-1991, college: Baylor, agency: Slash Sports) scored 16 points and 5 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Tainan maintains fifth position with 4-13 record. Kaohsiung A. at the other side dropped to the second place with seven games lost. They were replaced at the leadership position by N.Taipei CTBC.
