Not a big story in a game in Chengdu where 16th rankedDragons (6-24) were rolled over by second ranked JinQiang (27-2) 85-42 on Friday. Sichuan dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Dragons 's 24. Sichuan outrebounded Heilongjiang 46-31 including a 33-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was forward Zhao Xuetong (185-1993) who had a double-double by scoring 32 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists. Forward Jia Saiqi (181-1998) chipped in 14 points and 6 rebounds. Four JinQiang players scored in double figures. American center Charli Collier (196-1999, college: Texas) produced 10 points and 5 rebounds and her fellow American import point guard Brittany Brown (173-1995, college: FSU, agency: LBM Management) added 8 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. JinQiang have an impressive nine-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains second position with 27-2 record behind leader Inner M. Loser Dragons keeps the sixteenth place with 24 games lost.
