Bottom-rankedFoolad is still unable to win any game. This time they lost on the road their 13th consecutive match to fifth ranked Naft Abadan (8-5) 74-73 on Sunday evening. Mehdi Hasanzadeh nailed a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds for the winning side and the former international guard Ehsan Dalirzahan (186-2000) accounted for 17 points, 7 assists and 4 steals. The former international power forward Sarem Jafari (207-2005, agency: BIG) came up with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 13 rebounds and Montenegrin center Marko Perovic (204-1992, agency: PEPI SPORT) added 14 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Foolad in the defeat. Five Foolad players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. The victory was the third consecutive win for Naft Abadan . They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Kalleh and Tabiat. Foolad lost their thirteenth game in a row. Newly promoted team still closes the standings with 13 games lost.
