Important game to mention about took place in Dalanzadgad. Tenth rankedMongolians (9-19) saved a 3-point victory on the road edging 11th ranked Umnugovi (8-20) 97-94 in the fight for the tenth place. Mongolians forced 20 Umnugovi turnovers. Strangely Umnugovi outrebounded Mongolians 56-38 including a 37-25 advantage in defensive rebounds. Mongolians players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. It was a great evening for American swingman Kaden Archie (198-2000, college: Georgia South) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 45 points (!!!) and 12 rebounds. Oyunzul Bayanbaatar helped adding 16 points. At the losing side American-Mexican Durrell Summers (196-1989, college: Michigan St.) responded with 36 points (!!!) and 5 rebounds and Otgondorj Sodnomjamts produced a double-double by scoring 23 points and 20 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Mongolians maintains tenth place with 9-19 record. Umnugovi lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the eleventh position with 20 games lost.
