We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 4th rankedPilots (3-6) were defeated by fifth ranked Lioneers (4-4) 93-80 on Saturday. Lioneers had a 43-28 advantage in offensive rebounds. Nigerian-American guard Michael Efevberha (195-1984, college: CSUN) had a double-double by scoring 30 points and 13 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American Earl Clark (208-1988, college: Louisville) chipped in 13 points and 12 rebounds during the contest. Five Lioneers players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American-Bulgarian center Jason Washburn (213-1990, college: Utah, agency: Pensack Sports) with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 rebounds and international guard Chun-Hsiang Lu (190-1997) scored 22 points. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Lioneers have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place. Loser Pilots dropped to the fifth position with six games lost.
