Very expected game in Matsuyama where 7th rankedEhime OV (5-12) was rolled over by second ranked Shiga L-Stars (11-6) 105-83 on Sunday. Shiga L-Stars looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists comparing to just 18 passes made by Ehime OV 's players. Worth to mention a great performance of American-German power forward Ryan Kriener (208-1998, college: Iowa, agency: Pensack Sports) who helped to win the game recording 26 points and 5 rebounds and Hayato Wakugawa (194-2004) who added 18 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. American guard Tucker Haymond (195-1994, college: W.Michigan) responded with 20 points and 5 rebounds and American-Filipino forward Eugene Phelps (198, college: LBSU) scored 16 points and 7 rebounds. Four Shiga L-Stars and five Ehime OV players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Shiga L-Stars have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 11-6 record having just three points less than leader Chiba. Ehime OV lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the fifth place with 12 games lost. They share the position with Fukushima.
