Regular Season Round 2: Tagawa - Xin Hua 65-74

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Tagawa in Singapore on Tuesday night. Hosts were defeated by Xin Hua 74-65. Zao Liang Chia orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds. Xing Yuan Han contributed with 11 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Four Xin Hua players scored in double figures. International forward Shi-Yu Ng (197-2000) replied with a double-double by scoring 31 points and 12 rebounds and Harihaaran Parathy added 13 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Tagawa. Tagawa's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Xin Hua will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Tagawa's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Singapore Siglap.
