Very expected game when 6th ranked Hiroshima D. (2-4) lost at home to second ranked Tochigi Brex (4-2) 71-60 on Sunday. Tongan-New Zealand Isaac Fotu (203-1993, college: Hawaii) notched 14 points and 9 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) to lead the effort and American power forward Gavin Edwards (206-1988, college: UConn) supported him with 14 points and 9 rebounds. Four Tochigi Brex players scored in double figures. Tochigi Brex's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even a double-double of 15 points and 11 rebounds by American forward Kerry Blackshear Jr (208-1997, college: Florida) did not help to save the game for Hiroshima D..
