The game between closely ranked teams ended with 12th ranked WBS's (8-14) home loss to eleventh ranked Bali Utd. (9-15) in Jakarta 60-82. Bali Utd. dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to WBS's 28. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. American swingman Jay Bowie (196-1992, college: Marist, agency: Elevate Sports Alliance) scored 23 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import forward Dior Lowhorn (201-1987, college: USF) chipped in 20 points and 7 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) during the contest. The best for the losing side was point guard Christian Gunawan (175-1994) with 6 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and forward Nickson Gosal (194-2000) scored 7 points and 7 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Bali Utd. moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Hangtuah. WBS lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with 14 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
