Everything went according to plan when second ranked Shimane SM (48-12) beat on the road 6th ranked FE Nagoya (22-38) 77-64 on Sunday. Shimane SM dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to FE Nagoya's 24. American forward Reid Travis (203-1995, college: Kentucky, agency: Pensack Sports) fired a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Point guard Hiromu Kitagawa (182-1991) chipped in 22 points and 5 assists. Four Shimane SM players scored in double figures. American forward Jeremy Jones (201-1996, college: Gonzaga) produced 16 points and 7 rebounds and the other American import power forward Johnathan Williams III (206-1995, college: Gonzaga, agency: Slash Sports) added 7 points and 12 rebounds respectively for lost side. FE Nagoya's coach Garcia Reynaldo Kawabe rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help. Shimane SM have a solid series of three victories in a row.
