Regular Season Round 58: Toyama G. - Kawasaki BT 95-76

The most surprising game was another loss of top-ranked Kawasaki BT (38-19) on the court of seventh ranked Toyama G. on Saturday night. Visitors were rolled over by Toyama G. 95-76. Toyama G. had a 33-19 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. British forward Myles Hesson (198-1990, agency: Octagon Europe) scored 33 points (!!!), 8 rebounds and 5 assists (made all of his sixteen free throws !!!) to lead the charge for the winners and American forward Novar Gadson (201-1989, college: Rider) chipped in 22 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side the former international power forward Nick Fazekas (211-1985, college: Nevada) responded with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 10 rebounds (made all of his eleven free throws !!!) and point guard Yuto Nohmi (181-1997) scored 15 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Toyama G. maintains seventh position with 13-44 record. Kawasaki BT at the other side still keeps top place with 19 games lost. Toyama G. are again looking forward to face league's leader Kawasaki BT in Kanagawa in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Kawasaki BT will have a break next round.
