An exciting game was when Second ranked Fubon Braves faced 4th placed Dreamers. Fubon Braves (22-13) defeated Dreamers (15-21) 100-96. Fubon Braves made 19-of-25 charity shots (76.0 percent) during the game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Michael Singletary (198-1988, college: Texas Tech) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points and 10 rebounds. The former international guard Tsung-Hsien Chang (192-1988, college: BYU-Hawaii) contributed with 19 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Singletary is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Turkish Ilkan Karaman (205-1990, agency: Octagon Europe) answered with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 16 rebounds and 6 assists and American center Brandon Gilbeck (213-1996, college: W.Illinois) added 29 points, 10 rebounds and 6 blocks in the effort for Dreamers. Five Fubon Braves and four Dreamers players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. The victory was the seventh consecutive win for Fubon Braves. They maintain second place with 22-13 record having just two points less than leader Kings. Dreamers at the other side keep the fourth position with 21 games lost. They share it with Steelers. Fubon Braves will play against bottom-ranked Lioneers (#6) in Hsinchu in the next round. Dreamers will play at home against Pilots and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
