Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both fifth ranked Gunma CT and 3rd placed Tochigi Brex had identical 25-26 record. This time Gunma CT used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Tochigi 79-71 on Saturday night. Gunma CT dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Tochigi Brex's 24. Naturalized American forward Michael Parker (202-1981, college: Evergreen St.) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds for the winners and American guard Trey McKinney-Jones (198-1990, college: Miami, FL) chipped in 16 points.
