No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Yokohama EX (40-12) beat on the road 12th ranked Tokyo HT (16-36) 102-86 on Friday. Yokohama EX looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. American center Ryan Stephan (208-1994, college: CMU) notched a double-double by scoring 26 points and 11 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) to lead the effort and the other American import forward Jordan Faison (201-1994, college: CPP) supported him with 15 points and 5 rebounds. Five Yokohama EX players scored in double figures. Even 22 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) by Spanish center David Doblas (208-1981) did not help to save the game for Tokyo HT. Senegalese forward Bamba Diouf (198-1993) added 20 points and 8 rebounds for the hosts. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Yokohama EX have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain fifth position with 40-12 record. Tokyo HT at the other side keeps the twelfth place with 36 games lost.
