Rather predictable result when first ranked Saga B. (37-7) beat at home 5th ranked Fukuoka R. (15-29) 76-71 on Saturday. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. The former international forward Takanobu Nishikawa (195-1992) scored 25 points and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American Chase Fieler (202-1992, college: FGCU) chipped in 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Four Saga B. players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American forward Jordan Glynn (200-1989, college: SF Austin) with 9 points and 19 rebounds and his fellow American import point guard Marvelle Harris (196-1993, college: Fresno St., agency: Slash Sports) scored 18 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists.
