The game in Changhua was also quite interesting. Second ranked Fubon Braves (15-10) played at the court of 5th ranked Dreamers (10-14). Fubon Braves managed to secure a 4-point victory 91-87 on Friday. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Fubon Braves made 7 blocks. It was an exceptional evening for American power forward Chris Johnson (210-1985, college: LSU) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds. The former international guard Chih-Chieh Lin (192-1982) accounted for 21 points for the winning side. Four Fubon Braves players scored in double figures. American center Brandon Gilbeck (213-1996, college: W.Illinois) came up with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 15 rebounds and Turkish Ilkan Karaman (205-1990, agency: Octagon Europe) added 13 points and 13 rebounds respectively for Dreamers in the defeat. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game. Fubon Braves have an impressive series of eight victories in a row. Despite that victory Fubon Braves went down to third position due to points difference. Loser Dreamers dropped to the fourth place with 14 games lost.
