Leader Kings delivered the thirteenth victory on Sunday night. This time they beat 5th ranked Dreamers (6-11) 90-73 in Taipei. Kings made 21-of-25 free shots (84.0 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. It was a great evening for American Austin Daye (209-1988, college: Gonzaga, agency: Slash Sports) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. American-British center Byron Mullens (213-1989, college: Ohio St., agency: BeoBasket) helped adding 11 points and 17 rebounds. Four Kings players scored in double figures. At the losing side American swingman SirDominic Pointer (198-1992, college: St.John's) responded with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 17 rebounds and 5 assists and the other American import center Brandon Gilbeck (213-1996, college: W.Illinois) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Kings maintains first place with 13-4 record. Loser Dreamers keep the fifth position with 11 games lost. Kings' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Taipei Fubon Braves.
