The game between third ranked Denso I. (11-2) and eighth ranked Eneos S. (7-6) was the most important one in the last round on Saturday night. Denso I. was defeated by Eneos S. in a tough game in Kashiwa 67-73. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Denso I.. Eneos S. made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. It was a good game for the former international power forward Ramu Tokashiki (193-1991) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds. The former international forward Moeko Nagaoka (183-1993) contributed with 11 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. The former international center Maki Takada (185-1989) answered with 17 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists and the former international forward Sanae Motokawa (176-1992) added 17 points in the effort for Denso I.Denso I.'s coach Vladimir Vuksanovic rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Eneos S. maintains eighth place with 7-6 record. Denso I. at the other side keeps the third position with two games lost. Eneos S. are again looking forward to face higher ranked Denso I.
