There was no surprise when 10th ranked Kanazawa (9-18) was defeated on the road by seventh ranked Tokyo Utd (17-10) 84-69 on Saturday. American swingman Michael Craig (196-1991, college: Southern Miss) scored 15 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and South Sudanese-American center Angelo Chol (206-1993, college: SDSU) chipped in 16 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Five Tokyo Utd players scored in double figures. Tokyo Utd's coach Masaki Hayamizu used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to get some rest.
