Flying Leopards made 22-of-27 free shots (81.5 percent) during the game. Flying Leopards outrebounded Blue Whales 53-37 including 18 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The best player for the winners was the former international center Hao Fu (208-1997) who scored 19 points and 9 rebounds. American guard Kyle Fogg (191-1990, college: Arizona) chipped in 9 points and 10 rebounds. Four Flying Leopards players scored in double figures. Guard Xiaoyong Yu (189-2003) produced 15 points and 9 assists and forward Xiao Liren (196-2002) added 16 points respectively for the guests. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Flying Leopards have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. Defending champion moved-up to second place. Loser Blue Whales keep the seventeenth position with 19 games lost.
