Regular Season Round 27: Liaoning FL - Beijing D. 82-74

The game between Top Four teams took place in Yingkou. Third ranked host Flying Leopards (20-5) defeated 4th placed Ducks (17-8) 82-74. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Ducks. Flying Leopards forced 19 Ducks turnovers. It was a great evening for the former international Ailun Guo (189-1993) who led his team to a victory scoring 15 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists. American guard Kyle Fogg (191-1990, college: Arizona) helped adding 19 points and 7 rebounds (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). Four Flying Leopards players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Israeli-American forward TJ Leaf (208-1997, college: UCLA) with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds and the former international power forward Zeng Fanbo (211-2003) scored 19 points and 7 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Flying Leopards have an impressive series of six victories in a row. Defending champion moved-up to second place. Ducks at the other side keep the fourth position with eight games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
