No shocking result in a game when second ranked Alvark Tokyo (19-5) defeated on the road 4th ranked Tochigi Brex (11-13) 82-69 on Wednesday. It was a great shooting night for Alvark Tokyo especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 68.8 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of international forward Ryan Rossiter (204-1989, college: Siena) who helped to win the game recording 9 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists and Taiki Osakabe (187-1998) who added 18 points and 6 assists (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) during the contest. Four Alvark Tokyo players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American center Grant Jerrett (208-1993, college: Arizona) with 13 points and 5 assists and his fellow American import power forward Josh Scott (208-1993, college: Colorado, agency: Pensack Sports) scored 11 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Alvark Tokyo have an impressive ten-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Ryukyu GK and Hiroshima D. Defending champion Tochigi Brex keeps the fourth place with 13 games lost.
