No shocking result in a game when second ranked Alvark Tokyo (19-5) defeated on the road 4th ranked Tochigi Brex (11-13) 82-69 on Wednesday. It was a great shooting night for Alvark Tokyo especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 68.8 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of international forward Ryan Rossiter (204-1989, college: Siena) who helped to win the game recording 9 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists and Taiki Osakabe (187-1998) who added 18 points and 6 assists (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) during the contest. Four Alvark Tokyo players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American center Grant Jerrett (208-1993, college: Arizona) with 13 points and 5 assists and his fellow American import power forward Josh Scott (208-1993, college: Colorado, agency: Pensack Sports) scored 11 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Alvark Tokyo have an impressive ten-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Ryukyu GK and Hiroshima D. Defending champion Tochigi Brex keeps the fourth place with 13 games lost. They share the position with San-en NP and Shinshu BW. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
