The most exciting game of round 20 in the CBA took place in Beijing. This derby game ended with only three-point defeat on the road of one of their biggest challengers Flying Leopards (14-5) to fourth ranked Ducks (13-6) 81-78 on Tuesday evening. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Flying Leopards. Ducks looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Israeli-American forward TJ Leaf (208-1997, college: UCLA) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and the former international center Ziming Fan (211-1998) who added 12 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists during the contest. Ducks' coach used entire bench in such tough game. American guard Kyle Fogg (191-1990, college: Arizona) responded with 24 points and the former international point guard Jiwei Zhao (184-1995) scored 10 points and 8 assists. Four Ducks and five Flying Leopards players scored in double figures. Ducks have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain fourth position with 13-6 record. Defending champion Flying Leopards keep the third place with five games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
