The former international Zhenlin Zhang (206-1999, college: Tulane) had a double-double by scoring 24 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American guard Kyle Fogg (191-1990, college: Arizona) chipped in 21 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists during the contest. Five Flying Leopards players scored in double figures. Flying Leopards' coach felt very confident that he used 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. The best for the losing side was forward Dianliang Zhang (200-1997) with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) and American point guard Marlain Veal (175-1996, college: SE Louisiana) scored 25 points and 7 assists.
