Very expected game when 7th ranked Toyama G. (4-16) was defeated on the road by second ranked Alvark Tokyo (15-5) 74-66 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was international forward Ryan Rossiter (204-1989, college: Siena) who had a double-double by scoring 10 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Spanish Sebastian Saiz (205-1994, college: Ole Miss) chipped in 16 points and 8 rebounds. Four Alvark Tokyo players scored in double figures. American center Joshua Smith (208-1992, college: Georgetown) produced 22 points and 9 rebounds and his fellow American import forward Brice Johnson (206-1994, college: UNC) added 21 points and 11 rebounds respectively for the guests.
