The game in Kaohsiung was also worth to mention about. Fourth ranked Pilots (4-3) played at the court of 6th ranked Steelers (1-7). Pilots did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 100-83. Pilots players were unselfish on offense dishing 30 assists comparing to just 17 passes made by Steelers' players. Worth to mention a great performance of American-Bulgarian center Jason Washburn (213-1990, college: Utah, agency: Pensack Sports) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 30 points and 15 rebounds. International guard Chun-Hsiang Lu (190-1997) contributed with 23 points and 4 steals for the winners. American power forward Terrence Jones (206-1992, college: Kentucky) replied with a double-double by scoring 30 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists and Jamaican-American power forward Femi Olujobi (206-1996, college: DePaul, agency: Slash Sports) added 16 points and 12 rebounds (made all of his eight free throws) in the effort for Steelers. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Pilots have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place. Steelers at the other side stay at the bottom position with seven games lost. Pilots will play against league's leader Kings in Taipei in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Steelers will play at home against the league's second-placed Fubon Braves (#2) to get more than just one victory in their record.
