Rather expected game when 6th ranked Ibaraki R. (4-8) was rolled over on the road by third ranked Alvark Tokyo (8-4) 88-56 on Saturday. Alvark Tokyo dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Ibaraki R.'s 24. They outrebounded Ibaraki R. 46-27 including 31 on the defensive glass. Alvark Tokyo looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Ibaraki R.'s players. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Alvark Tokyo keeps a position of league leader, which they share with San-en NP. Ibaraki R. lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the sixth place with eight games lost.
