The game in Kaohsiung was also worth to mention about. Third ranked Lioneers (4-3) played at the court of 6th ranked Steelers (1-6). Lioneers managed to secure a 6-point victory 89-83. Lioneers brought some defensive toughness making 10 blocks. The winners were led by the former international power forward Will Artino (211-1992, college: Creighton) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 23 points and 16 rebounds and American guard Terrico White (196-1990, college: Ole Miss) supported him with 24 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Five Lioneers players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 35 points (!!!) and 18 rebounds by Jamaican-American power forward Femi Olujobi (206-1996, college: DePaul, agency: Slash Sports) did not help to save the game for Steelers. Serbian Andrija Bojic (206-1993) added 16 points and 10 rebounds for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Lioneers have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 4-3 record behind leader Kings. Steelers lost sixth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with six games lost. Lioneers will play against league's second-placed Fubon Braves in Taipei in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Steelers will have a break next round.
