Very expected game in Nagoya where 12th ranked Himeji E. (1-5) was crushed by fifth ranked Toyota A. (5-1) 87-54 on Sunday. Toyota A. outrebounded Himeji E. 42-27 including 18 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Himeji E.'s players. The best player for the winners was the former international center Stephanie Mawuli (182-1998) who scored 22 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. The former international point guard Mai Yamamoto (163-1999) chipped in 19 points, 6 assists and 4 steals. Four Toyota A. players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was Minami Shirasaki (166-1996) who recorded 33 points (!!!) and Nagisa Yano (171-2000) added 4 points and 10 rebounds respectively.
