They looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Aranmare A.'s players. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Toyota A. made 7 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international center Stephanie Mawuli (182-1998) who helped to win the game recording 22 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 blocks and the former international center Aika Hirashita (177-2002) who added 20 points during the contest. Four Toyota A. players scored in double figures. At the losing side guard Asuka Hiramatsu (162-1994) responded with 3 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and Hikaru Sato (174-1994) scored 9 points. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Defending champion moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Chanson V-M and Mitsubishi K. Newly promoted Aranmare A. dropped to the seventh position with three games lost. They share it with 6 other teams. Toyota A. will meet at home Himeji E. (#12) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Aranmare A. will play against Eneos S. (#10) and hope to win that game.
