Regular Season Round 9: Shoot it Dragon - Mad Goat 79-70

We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 8th ranked Mad Goat (2-7) was defeated on the road by ninth ranked Shoot it Dragon (2-7) 79-70 on Wednesday. Shoot it Dragon forced 22 Mad Goat turnovers. The best player for the winners was the former international point guard Frederick Jones-Goldstein (178-1988, college: USA) who scored 33 points (!!!). Swingman Panthawat Techasamran chipped in 10 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists. Shoot it Dragon's coach Boonchai Rittiphanyawong used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. At the other side the best for losing team was Polish Robert Kowalczyk (202-1995) who recorded a double-double by scoring 12 points and 23 rebounds and point guard Wirakul Denkesineechailai (180) added 18 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Four Mad Goat players scored in double figures. Shoot it Dragon moved-up to eighth place, which they share with defeated Mad Goat.
