Regular Season Round 1: Warriors - City Wings 83-91

The game in Hanoi was also quite interesting. Wings played at the court of Warriors. Wings managed to secure a 8-point victory 91-83 on Friday. Wings forced 23 Warriors turnovers. American forward DeSean Parsons (201-1995, college: Portland St.) fired a double-double by scoring 24 points and 17 rebounds for the winners. Guard Vinh Nguyen Quang (180-1995) chipped in 27 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Wings' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Bosnian forward Arsenije Vuckovic (206-1998) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points and 20 rebounds and American guard Clay Guillozet (193-1997, college: Valdosta St.) added 19 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Wings will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Warriors will play against Catfish in Can Tho and hope to win that game.
