Regular Season Round 26: Taoyuan L. - TB Herobears 110-104

We could consider it a predictable result in the game between close teams when fifth ranked Leopards (8-22) defeated one of their biggest challengers TB Herobears (16-14) 110-104 on Thursday. Leopards looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The game was also dominated by American players. Point guard John Gillon (183-1994, college: Syracuse) had a triple-double by scoring 23 points, 12 rebounds, 14 assists and 4 steals to lead the charge for the winners and Deyonta Davis (208-1996, college: Michigan St., agency: MSG) chipped in 23 points and 13 rebounds during the contest. Power forward Diamond Stone (210-1997, college: Maryland) responded with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 13 rebounds and swingman Tony Mitchell (198-1989, college: Alabama) scored 32 points and 6 rebounds. Five Leopards and four TB Herobears players scored in double figures. TB Herobears' coach Chih-hao Yang rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Leopards maintains fifth position with 8-22 record. Loser TB Herobears keep the fourth place with 14 games lost.
